Steve shook his head a little - not offended, he wanted to celebrate with Bucky, but, "It's not gonna do anything for me, pal. You'd just be wasting it." He couldn't get drunk or high; instead, he just moved to nudge Bucky's arm with his elbow. "You enjoy it."
