Steve grinned a little at the request for something other than a sandwich. "If you'll let me get up, I can keep an eye out for dinner," he said gently - he didn't plan on leaving the room, but he could stay by the door and have it ready to open the instant someone showed up.
He looked sympathetic as Bucky insisted that he wanted to get up and move, only to be told that it wasn't the best idea. He knew how that felt. Sometimes it felt like lying around in bed was only making things worse. "We can get you up and sitting," he offered, thinking that might be okay, though if someone told him otherwise, he'd certainly follow any doctors' orders for the boy.
