He barked something that might have been a laugh under other circumstances, just shaking his head and managing not to grind his teeth, "Yeah. Lucky." He knew he was, at least to some degree, lucky he was still alive, and he'd be even luckier if he didn't go into shock or sepsis or worse from having landed in the Potomac, let alone whatever else he'd been dragged or carried through to get to where they were now.
He was also trying to keep an eye on Bucky, mostly just to reassure himself that it really was Bucky there and not the blank emotionlessness that had been the Winter Soldier, had to convince himself this wasn't some elaborate trap.
