Steve was already shaking his head even as Sam suggested a hospital, "No. We can't." His ears were ringing and he couldn't make them stop, and even despite the fact that his vision had narrowed down to barely anything, as he resisted Sam's attempts to get him to lay down again, he still forced himself to get the rest of the statement out: "They'll find him at a hospital. We can't," He grit his teeth over the fresh wave of nausea, one that he wasn't entirely sure was his own, "We can't let that happen."
Granted, he didn't really know what would stop Hydra from finding Bucky no matter where they took him, but that was something he was going to worry about when he could actually concentrate and had enough concentration to at least start with a plan.
